Mariano Ronzoni
As owner, founder and president of Top Stoneworks, Mariano has over forty years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry. His career began in Buenos Aires, Argentina where he owned a flooring installation company. Mariano moved to the United States in 1980 and started working in Los Angeles in the field of marble and granite fabrication. His European background encouraged him to focus his career on using these materials in the scope of custom home building. In 1994, he transferred to the Coachella Valley and opened Top Stoneworks in 2001. Mariano's dedication and attention to detail have made him the favorite of many well-know architects, interior designers, contactors and clients in the desert area.

Adolfo Noriega
Adolfo joined Top Stoneworks in 2002, bringing with him 40 years of experience in the architectural and interior design business. After working on various large-scale projects such as the Embassy Suites in Maui and the Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, Adolfo has extensive experience in project management and design styles. Formally trained in architecture from the University of Buenos Aires, Adolfo is a creative problem solver for design challenges small and large. A license in masonry also adds to his knowledge and expertise in the trade.

Sam Martinez
Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, Sam joined Top Stoneworks at its inception. For over twenty years, he has helped Top Stoneworks to manage its work force and job sites. Sam has been involved in every single project Top Stoneworks has completed, and his experience gives him an invaluable knowledge base of time-tested solutions and ideas for any challenge.

Maggie Gil
As office manager with Top Stoneworks for the past 3 years, Maggie works diligently to make sure each project is efficiently organized and progressing smoothly. As the company representative, she is the main contact for designers, suppliers and contractors.

Martin Noriega
Having recently joined the company in 2007, Martin adds an extra layer of supervision to many jobsites and avenue for communication between contactors, suppliers, designers and clients. With 5 years of experience in the construction industry, Martin brings to each jobsite professionalism and creative problem solving to ensure a well-executed project.
